Here at Red Carpet Reef we are proud to accept numerous payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Discover, and much more. We also accept payments with PayPal. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Financing options are available through Affirm.
Shipping
We ship UPS Next Day Air, Monday through Thursday with typical arrival by 10:30 am. to 12 pm. At this time we are only shipping within the continental United States.
Please note all purchases may be combined into one shipment to save on costs.
The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your UPS tracking number. We do not require a signature for delivery. We suggest you acclimate your animals as soon as the package is dropped off as the longer they remain within the shipping container the more stressed they will become.
Red Carpet Reef cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your UPS shipment to arrive late. We will do our very best to work with UPS should this issue arrive.
