The RCR Live Arrival Guarantee

      When you make a purchase from redcarpetreef.com you can buy with 100% confidence. Each order comes with a commitment from the RCR team for the health of your animals and the complete satisfaction of your order. No hassles, just provide us with a photo of the coral and we will take care of you!

If your new livestock addition does not arrive alive, we will issue you store credit in the form of a gift card or replacement with the same coral. We will also cover any shipping costs for a replacement order of the same coral. 

The following applies to our Live Arrival Guarantee:

• Email us at sales@redcarpetreef.com with a clear picture of the deceased coral within 4 hours of the posted delivery time from UPS. Please include your order number in the header.
  • DO NOT remove the coral from the plug prior to sending us images.
  • DO NOT discard or ship the specimen back without RCR approval, doing so will void the live arrival guarantee.
  • DO NOT refuse the shipment if the box is leaking or appears damaged or the guarantee is void. Please take pictures of the box and include them in the images you send us of the coral. 
  • Guarantee applies to shipments only, not local pickup.
  • Any order cancellations will be credited for 1 year or refunded with a 20% restocking fee.
